| Job Description: |
This senior level position has responsibility for the technical accounting & financial analysis functions. This role is vital to ensuring that the company’s corporate books, records and financial reporting are produced and maintained in an accurate and timely manner. The successful candidate will oversee a large team (~ 35 professional employees and ~ 5 Managers/Supervisors). Oversee efforts related to the preparation of schedules for inclusions in 10K, 11K and 10Q’s and the annual report. Manage the month-end close activities, as well as quarterly and year-end reporting requirements. Lead and develop a team of approximately 40 staff and senior accountants. Coordinate with internal and external auditors, and ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements. Identify opportunities for accounting and reporting process enhancements and work with Staff and Senior management to implement. Review and analyze reports/schedules prepared by team prior to submission to ensure compliance with accounting policies and GAAP. |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required. CPA required; MBA preferred. A minimum of 15 years of progressive financial leadership experience in a large, multi-national corporation is required. Early career experience in public accounting, with a broad exposure to corporate accounting, is also a requirement for this leadership position. Meaningful experience with internal and external financial reporting, U.S. GAAP, Sarbanes Oxley, SEC reporting, mergers and acquisitions is a pre-requisite for the successful candidate. Leadership experience related to financial management reporting and analysis is also a requirement for this role. Must possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage professional staff and influence a broad range of senior leaders and internal stakeholders. |

Experience working in an SAP environment is preferred. MBA preferred. |
