| Job Description: |
Provide tax support for complex multi-national corporate organization. The position requires a high level of interaction with employees throughout the organization, including the treasury, accounting, finance, and legal departments. It will also work closely with other internal and external tax professionals on many projects. The ability to multi-task and work on a wide variety of projects is key to the success of the position. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must. This individual will work on projects relating to federal, state and local, and international tax issues. Responsibilities include: • Preparation of FASB 109 monthly, quarterly and annual income tax provisions • Reconciliation of current and deferred balance sheet and income statement accounts • Preparation of federal, state and local, and international income tax returns. • Assist in various modeling exercises including forecasting cash tax, earnings and profits, effective tax rate, and FTC utilization • Draft responses to notices and inquiries from various taxing authorities. • Provide audit support including drafting IDR responses and modeling the impact of proposed adjustments • Special projects - research and document issues and opportunities as identified |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
· Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or equivalent · 1-4 years experience in general income tax planning and compliance · Strong Microsoft Excel skills · Literate in Microsoft Word and tax preparation software · Proactive, attentive to detail, strong sense of ownership, ability to prioritize and to work autonomously · Mix of public and private experience · Familiarity with HFM and Oracle |
