Must meet minimum thresholds in new loan generation, fee income and portfolio quality (credit and delinquencies). |
| Position Responsibilities: |
Lender will develop, service, and expand Commercial Real Estate lending business relationships in market to existing and new clients. Performs credit analysis and maintains all client relationships. Loan sizes $500k to $10 Million. Typical loan $500k-$5 million range. |
| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Bachelors |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Consistently produce $20,000,000 in commercial real estate loans per year. Must be a graduate of a bank sponsored training program or have equivalent credit experience. |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
Extensive commercial lending experience in a traditional bank that has developed a proven sales and service culture. Community bank or small regional bank experience is a plus |
