| Position Responsibilities: |
Lender will develop, service, and expand Commercial Real Estate lending business relationships in market by offering a full range of loan and ancillary services to existing and new clients. Performs credit analysis and maintains all client relationships. Loan sizes $500k to $25 million. Typical loan $2-$15 million range. |
| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Bachelors, None requested |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Consistently produce $25,000,000 in commercial real estate loans per year. Must be a graduate of a bank sponsored training program or have equivalent credit experience |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
Extensive real estate lending experience in a traditional bank that has developed a strong and proven sales culture. Former regional or money center bank experience is a plus |
