| Job Description: |
As a small-business lender for this growing community bank in Phoenix, you will manage a mixed portfolio of commercial loans plus some related consumer loans such as Home Equity, Marine, auto, etc., and actively refer more complex requests to the commercial or real estate areas of the bank. |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Commercial credit training, formal or informal, with working knowledge of cash flow lending concepts and ratio analysis is required; ability to dissect tax returns and financial statements; familiarity with consumer-type credits. Credit requests generally range from $10M to $800M. |
