Incentive program is heavily weighted on individual performance with only a small percentage being based on corporate performance. Lender must meet minimum thresholds in new loan generation, fee income, client product diversity (cross selling) and portfolio quality (credit and delinquencies). |
| Position Responsibilities: |
Responsible for developing, managing, servicing, and expanding business relationships in market by offering a full range of loan and ancillary services to existing and new clients. Aggressively markets non-credit services such as Wealth Management, Insurance, and Cash Management Services. Performs initial credit evaluation and presents package underwriting team or approves within individual loan authority. |
| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Bachelors, 6/63 Preferred but not mandatory |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Consistently produce a minimum of $10,000,000 in business lending (lines of credit, equipment or real estate) loans per year. Target loan size is $75,000 to $2,000,000.00. Concentrate on companies with revenues up to $15,000,000. Must be a graduate of a bank sponsored training program, have equivalent credit experience or successfully completed RMA /Omega business credit classes. Independent credit analysis of varying levels is required. |

Extensive business development experience in a mature bank sales culture. Over 70% of daily tasks include business development responsibilities. Extensive experience selling ancillary products is needed. |
