| Position Responsibilities: |
As an experienced local commercial lender, you will be able to immediately hit the ground running to drive loan and deposit business to this aggressive community bank. The ability to introduce the bank to your existing customers, as well as actively develop quality prospects are givens. Management has mandated expansion in the local market, which will translate into excellent professional growth opportunities. |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Currently in, or a recent history of working in, the local Phoenix market in business banking or middle market C&I lending, with the ability to manage portfolios and develop business; demonstrated credit experience and portfolio growth are expected. |
