| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
My clients need experienced commercial loan officers. Small business, middle market or corporate experience desired. Positions range geographically from N. VA to DC to Maryland. Client banks range in size from small community to large national banks. Credit skills are necessary, formal credit training preferred. Local candidates only, no relocation is offered at this time. Minimum 3 years experience in credit/lending. Candidate must demonstrate knowledge of the commercial lending function, laws and regulations. Strong credit and financial skills with hands on underwriting experience preferred. Strong business development ability needed. Need to be able to work established referral sources and further develop centers of influence. Must grow and manage a portfolio as well as cross sell cash management and other bank non-credit products. Positions will vary as to the amount of sales versus relationship management/maintenance required. Some smaller clients will have a need for lenders to do all types of commercial credits-C& I, CRE and ABL. Some larger clients need more of a specialist in one or all of the above. Compensation will vary based on experience. |
