| Position Responsibilities: |
Lender will develop, service, and expand commercial loan relationships in market to existing and new clients. Performs credit analysis and maintains all client relationships. Typical loan $250k-$2 million range. |
| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Consistently produce a minimum of $ 12 million in business lending (lines of credit, equipment, government, real estate or church) loans per year calling on companies with revenues up to $25,000,000. Must be a graduate of a bank sponsored training program, have equivalent credit experience or successfully completed RMA or Omega business credit class. |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
Extensive business development experience in a mature bank sales culture. Preferred candidates will have a proven track record with an ability to quickly assess loan credit risk for desirability thorough analysis. Must embrace community involvement. Community bank or small regional bank experience is a plus |
