| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Bachelors, CPA |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Prior public accounting experience preparing federal and state tax returns for corporations and individuals. Strong tax planning experience. |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
Five to eight years public accounting experience. |
