| Position Responsibilities: |
Lender will develop, service, and expand commercial loan relationships in market to existing and new clients. |
| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Bachelors, None needed |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Consistently produce a minimum of $20 million in CRE lending. Must be a graduate of a bank sponsored training program, have equivalent credit experience or successfully completed RMA or Omega business credit class. |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
Extensive business development experience in a mature bank sales culture. Over 80% of daily tasks include business development responsibilities. Extensive experience selling ancillary products is needed. |
