| Position Responsibilities: |
Provide a wide range of credit and relationship management services including preparation of credit approval packages, annual reviews, renewals of complex credits, credit and non-credit proposals, coordination of loan closings and non-credit account set-ups.
Acts as a secondary and vital contact and on high visibility client relationships. Coordinates credit and loan portfolio administration support for several relationship managers , senior bank management and board members. Reports to Chief Credit Officer/ Chief Lending Officer.Demonstrates ability to think independently.
Will directly supervise a team of 4 credit analysts. Additional tasks include conducting annual training classes.

| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Bachelors, Business, Finance or Accounting |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
6 years prior experience commercial banking or analysis experience. |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
6 - 10 years prior experience in commercial banking or commercial credit analyst role OR 3 years commercial portfolio management. Loan administration, loan review, monthly/quarterly board reporting or regulatory reporting experience a plus. Commercial real estate lending or analysis experience is also preferred. |
