| Position Responsibilities: |
Lender will develop, service, and expand Commercial Real Estate lending business relationships. Performs credit analysis and maintains all client relationships. Typical loan $500k-$4 million range. |
| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Bachelors |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Consistently produce $15,000,000 in commercial real estate loans per year. Must be a graduate of a bank sponsored training program or have equivalent credit experience. |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
Client bank offers a hands-off, highly autonomous lending environment without high pressure sales goals and sales reporting. |
