| Position Responsibilities: |
Develop small business (non-SBA) commercial relationships by offering a full range of loan and non-lending services clients. Market bank products including but not limited to private banking, insurance, merchant card services, and treasury management solutions. |

Bachelors |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Consistently produce a minimum of $7,000,000 in business lending (lines of credit, equipment or real estate) loans per year. Target loans size is $75,000 to $2,000,000.00 and companies with revenues up to $10,000,000. Must be a graduate of a bank sponsored training program, have equivalent credit experience or successfully completed RMA or Omega business credit classes as independent credit analysis of varying levels is required. |
