| Position Responsibilities: |
Calling on companies from $5mm to $100mm in revenues you will be responsible for origination, servicing, and maintenance of borrowing relationships within the Greater Washington DC, N.VA or MD market . Emphasis on relationship banking. Perform customer relationship management responsibilities including detailed credit/project analysis, negotiation, loan committee presentations, and interfacing with legal counsel. Assist in the loan decision process by providing in-depth, high quality analysis relative too the borrower or principals and any related collateral. Structure, negotiate and recommend underwriting terms, loan modifications, settlements, or pursue foreclosure/collection activities as needed.

Bachelors |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Five years experience in Commercial Lending |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
Excellent written/oral communication skill; timely preparation of concise reports.
Ability to conduct interpretive analysis of financial statements and business plans and prepare appropriate memos for use in loan decision-making.
Formal credit training preferred.
Marketing, sales and negotiation skills required.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
