| Position Responsibilities: |
Manage a middle market and small business commercial loan portfolio of C & I and CRE loans and cross sell all products that apply to those customers. No cold call prospecting, initially. Support the credit analysis function as needed for new loans brought in by the business development staff. This position is a springboard for Porftfolio Managers or Credit Analysts who are trained and experienced in evaluating commercial credits, but are not experienced in cold calling for new business. This position will develop, prepare and mentor you as you enter this new aspect of your career while managing an existing loan portfolio. You will be expected to make prospecting calls and bring in new business after a few months of getting acclimated. This is not a career credit position. |
| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Bachelors |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Trained and experienced in C & I or CRE credit analysis for at least one year in a financial services firm. |
