Job Description
Commercial Lender: This is a career opportunity to work for one of the premiere banks in the country. They have a streamlined loan process, approval up to 5MM with one signature and up to 20MM with two signatures without ever leaving the Southern Maryland Office. This allows for local market knowledge and quick decisions for your customers. You won’t be bogged down with reports, committee meetings and other paper work because you have an underwriting staff, administrative support and immediate contact with your credit officer. Majority market share gives you name recognition and branch locations to service your clients. State of the art retail banking set-up gives excellent service and products for your customers.
You will start with an existing portfolio and work in the growing economy of Southern Maryland, snuggled between Washington DC and the Chesapeake Bay, great market, great life style. You will be part of a professional group of well respected bankers committed to providing superior service to their customers. The position requires a understanding of credit and banking services as well as a pleasing, outgoing personality to get out and meet prospects and provide a consultative sales approach. Compensation will be based on experience and will include a competitive base salary, excellent incentive plan and full benefits.
