| Position Responsibilities: |
Need a motivated Lender with the ability to cultivate relationships through identifying potential client opportunities in
the marketplace. These daily outbound business development calls will be either conducted individually or with
partners will target business with annual revenues from $1MM to $5MM. Team builder who builds trust and
confidence within different constituent groups within the Bank by delivering an unsurpassed client experience for
accounts they manage, thereby increasing the velocity of referrals internally. Relationship builder who makes
emotional connection with clients based on good listening skills and takes the time to learn about the client’s individual
business before any solutions offered or products sold. Adept at analyzing financial statements and preparing credit
packages (depending on transaction size) that properly identifies the strengths and/or weaknesses of the borrower.
This upfront review will also mitigate spending non-productive time on opportunities that have limited chance of
success. Industry savvy individual who can provide clients access to benchmarking/industry info, financial conditions
both locally and nationally and how that impacts that particular client’s business. Creates a value proposition that goes
beyond price by delivering the resources of the entire Bank, which aids the profitability of the client’s business in
multiple areas (ie: debt restructuring, cash management, insurance, brokerage). Delivers a seamless client
experience each and every time which builds reputation and referrals. |
| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Bachelors |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Finance and/or equivalent experience with 3-5 years of Retail or Commercial
Lending experience. In addition, the candidate must possess the ability to analyze both individual and corporate tax
returns and financial statements therefore formal training and/or underwriting experience in these areas preferred. |
