| Position Responsibilities: |
Monitors existing credits; develops new credit business and cross sells other business related banking services. Originates, analyzes, structures and closes new "C&I" credits, (ie: operating lines, notes, term loans). Will assume an existing portfolio of relationships with approx. value of
$10mm - $15mm. Will be responsible for developing and executing a referral networing / development calling plan that targets area businesses, typically generating $10mm to $100mm in annual revenues. |

Bachelors |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
BA: Business/ Finance; Formal credit training and/or 2+ years of credit analysis and loan structure experience. At least 3 years expereience managing relationships and developing new commercial credit business - with demonstrated effectiveness in producing and closing new- quality - loan business and generating strong "fee-based" income; through cross-sell activities and account managment. |
