| Position Responsibilities: |
Supports the Bank's mission through effective sales and services, targeted Business Development efforts and community involvement. Responsible for developing and managing Commercial Banking relationships in accordance with the Bank's core values and prescribed Sales process. Assists with accomplishing the area's Commercial goals through Business Development strategies, sales efforts and market expansion. Focus is on loan production, deposit growth and sales of non-credit fee-based products. Serve as the primary contact and Financial Advisor for designated costumers, providing Financial solutions that address both business and personal needs. Target business customers with loan needs greater than $1MM; retail costumers with a net worth of $1MM, income of $200K, investable assets of $250K; may manage larger relationships as approved by the Manager/Commercial Banking with support from Credit Administration. |

Bachelors, NASD Series 6 & 63 |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
4 years College Degree (BA, BS, BBA) in Business, Accounting, Finance preferred. 6+ years experiance in Banking with emphasis in Business Lending/Credit/Business Development. Advanced Financial Anlysis and Credit Underwriting skills. Ability to pass NASD Series 6 & 63 exams. |
