Small subjective bonus plan in place but should be more lucrative as the bank grows. |
| Position Responsibilities: |
Call on small business and middle market companies. Originate, spread, underwrite, close and monitor commercial and commercial real estate loans. Manage existing portfolio and expand on those relationships but focus will be on new business development. |
| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Bachelors |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
BA, BS. At least 2 years experience in Commercial Lending/Credit/Business Banking. Strong analytical skills. |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
2+ years of lending/credit background with a clear understanding of credit underwriting, cash flow analysis and financial statements. Must have knowledge of the local market. |

For example, a strong credit oriented person who wanted to stay in a credit role could quite possibly have a credit department built around them. |
