| Position Responsibilities: |
Traditional bank seeks junior commercial lender to develop and implement select customer referral and business banking strategies in order to increase market penetration and portfolio growth. Responsible for the initial relationship with prospects. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is given in marketing efforts. Selected candidate will be immediately trained to handle complex commercial credits. Training would include internal bank sponsored credit classes as well as external courses. |
| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Bachelors, None needed |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
2+ years of BDO experience in a traditional bank and bank sponsored training or equivalent credit experience. |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
Uniquely, this is a business/commercial lending position in which little business/commercial lending or credit experience is needed. Employer will train the right candidate. |
