| Position Responsibilities: |
· Build and develop new client leads through existing clients and referrals. Monitor existing commercial real estate loan portfolio to ensure proper risk ratings and early identification of potential problems.
· Source, develop and underwrite new commercial construction, acquisition and development, bridge loans, mini perm and general commercial and industrial lending.
· Maximize bank profitability through appropriate pricing.
· Negotiate terms, structure loan financing based on risk considerations and present credits for approval to appropriate levels of authority with the bank as required.
· Support the bank’s strong relationship banking culture through on-going customer contact, quality customer service, and superior product knowledge.

| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Bachelors, None needed |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Consistently produce $20 million dollars a year in commercial loans. Must be a graduate of a bank sponsored training program or have equivalent credit experience. |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
Extensive general commercial and real estate lending experience in a traditional bank that has developed a strong and proven sales culture. Over 65% of daily tasks included some sort of business development or customer service responsibility. |
