| Position Responsibilities: |
A respected commercial real estate business lending company is seeking an established Atlanta or North Georgia based commercial real estate lender to open a greater Atlanta office. In addition to generating CRE loan relationships with existing and new clients; this Commercial Real Estate Business Development Officer will develop a team of 4 to 5 lenders. Client offers both construction and permanent financing, originating loans in the one million to fifty million dollar range. Project types include: Mixed-use high rise project (condos, retail and commercial space), commercial offices/campuses, hospitality, hotels, luxury apartment complexes, independent living facility/retirement communities, retail boxes with national anchors. |
| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Bachelors, None needed |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Consistently produce a minimum of $40 million in commercial real estate loans per year. |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
Extensive business development experience in a mature bank sales culture. Preferred candidate will have a proven business development track record with an ability to quickly assess loan credit risk for desirability although analysis is performed by a credit partner. Community bank or small regional bank experience is a plus. |
