| Position Responsibilities: |
VISION: Multiple opportunities. Growing team!! Acquisition driven global manufacturer/distributor seeks to expand its audit team. Focus on financial/operational audits and support Sarbanes Oxley compliance requirements. Work closely with cross-functional teams in accounting, finance, information systems, and operations.
OPPORTUNITY: Complete evaluation of internal controls, policies, procedures, governance guidelines, applicable laws, regulations and process flows that will provide greater accuracy and timeliness to accounting results. Perform audits and business process reviews to improve the relevance, reliability, control and timeless of information and the efficiency of operations. Survey functions and processes to determine the nature of operations, evaluate business risks, and the system of controls. Prepare a comprehensive audit program and determines the audit procedures with the Manager and Director of Internal Audit. Report audit findings and makes recommendations whereby improving operations and reducing costs. Appraise the adequacy of the action taken to implement recommendations. Great improvement for advancement externally from audit as well!! High quality contributors rewarded!!

| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Bachelors |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
BS, Accounting or Finance. MBA, CMA, CIA or CPA preferred. 1-6 years related experience in public accounting, internal audit, or business consulting. Experience in process manufacturing operations is a plus. Experience with Financial and Operational Auditing. Ability to learn and implement company accounting policies and practices, work with fully integrated software packages (i.e. Lawson, JD Edwards, SAP, Oracle, etc.). Demonstrated ability of initiating and taking responsibility. Strong Excel, MS Word and database a plus. Travel up to 30%+ - Domestic, Asia and Europe. Travel in style!! |
