Job 7699: Real Estate Portfolio and Performance Reporting Manager

Location: OH-Cincinnati  
Lower Midwest (IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, MO, NE & OH)
Salary Range: 70,000 - 90,000
Bonus & Incentives:
Position Responsibilities: Ideally, this individual will have experience with highly complex institutional real estate private equity transactions, working knowledge of institutional investment management terminology and performance reporting standards as well as advanced modeling experience. This individual should be well aware of GIPS/REIS reporting standards. An individual with prior experience in the institutional real estate investment management business is required. Should be able to lead audits and verify the results of such audits of both the systems, models and data involved in producing performance information. Must have 5 years of applicable experience in private real estate investment fund performance calculation and reporting management. Knowledge of Real Estate product structuring is a plus. Demonstrated project management experience. BA/BS required. MBA or MS Finance preferred. Expert in relevant real estate / private equity fund performance. CFA preferred (or at least demonstrated application of CFA Institute GIPS methods).
Education and Certifications/Licenses: Bachelors, MBA or MS Finance, CFA preferred
