| Position Responsibilities: |
The hired candidate will be in charge of leading the underwriting, structuring, and negotiating of 20 mm to 80mm dollar mezzanine transactions. Ability to work in a small fast paced entrepreneurial environment will be a big part. |
| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Bachelors |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Excellent verbal skills, along with a minimum of seven plus years in the cash flow or mezzanine lending.

| Preferred Qualifications: |
Healthcare or media lending experience is a plus. |
| Additional Comments: |
Client is a 1.2 bb dollar Chicago based mezzanine fund. They are on the rise, and in the process of taking the business to that next step. |
