| Position Responsibilities: |
Tax Director has primary responsibility for managing the forecasting of tax provisions and tax reserves on the Company’s books and records. Other responsibilities include preparation of the tax footnote and any other tax related disclosures in the Company’s SEC filings, proper reporting of current and deferred income tax liabilities, as well as the recording of the tax provision and the proper balance sheet classification. Candidate must stay updated on all new accounting pronouncements as they relate to the tax accounting area. This position will also be the key liaison with the external auditors. In addition, this candidate will support two direct reports. |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Bachelors Degree. Strong tax accounting skills within a public accounting firm handling the provision calculations for large multinational clients or within a multination corporation, preparing the tax provision. Strong goal orientation. Sense of urgency. Attention to detail. Strong project management skills. Ability to establish and meet deadlines. Strong communication skills. |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting. 10+ years of corporate tax experience or public accounting experience preferred. CPA |
