Bonus based on performance ranges from 5-40% of base. |
| Position Responsibilities: |
Primary responsibilities include business development (loan generation) with revenue size companies from $10MM and up, seeking general loans from $2MM-$10MM
Expected annual loan production between $12-25MM in new commitments (based on level of experience)
Develop and implement marketing strategy that targets organizations located in and around Baltimore, MD
Cross-sell a variety of credit and non credit products including: cash management, private banking, and trust/investment management
Structure and propose value-added financial solutions to customers and prospects; maintain portfolio of high quality and profitable banking relationships
Actively participate and network in relevant industry and community related organizations |

Bachelors |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Minimum of 3 years commercial lending experience, with formal credit training. Needs to have demonstrated recent and historical new business development track record, preferably with businesses with annual revenues of $10MM or more. Geographical and network familiarity with the greater Baltimore market. Thorough knowledge of credit underwriting and non-credit bank services and products. Strong banking proposal presentation and interpersonal skills required. |
