| Position Responsibilities: |
Our client is looking for an AVP Fund Reporting/Administration in their Investment Accounting Department
Responsibilities for the position include:
Review annual/semi-annual/quarterly audit schedules, financial statements and portfolio holdings list wash sales report prepared by staff
Provide and review financial information for Prospectus and SAI updates
Prepare and/or review tax distributions and tax returns
Review Book vs Tax accounting differences for tax returns
Assist in preparation and or review year end fund tax information for shareholders
Interact with various personnel within Investment Accounting, Portfolio Management, Tax Department, and Legal/Compliance related to financial reporting and tax preparation
Monitor and meet Sarbanes Oxley certification requirements
Maintain software applications to prepare financial statements and tax returns
Interact with external auditors
Review monthly reporting requirements for leverage testing

Bachelors, CPA+/MBA+ |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
BS Accounting /Finance |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
MBA and or CPA a plus |
