| Position Responsibilities: |
Working with CRE team; originates, analyzes, structures, negotiates terms and closes new Commercial Real Estate loans. Responsible to manage relationships, service client requests and generally expand the banking relationships of clients in an existing portfolio. Represents the bank's CRE lending services and cross-sells other commercical banking services to prospective clients. |
| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Bachelors, Formal Crd. Trng. |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Degreed professional with no less than 6 - 8 yrs' experience analyzing/underwriting new and renewing commercial real estaet credits in the $10mm + range. |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
Proven effectiveness in managing existing customer relations and new business development. |
