$100,000 - $130,000 DOE |
| Bonus & Incentives: |
bonus can range from $75k -$150k annually DOE |
| Position Responsibilities: |
Solicit, originate and service commercial loans and deposits with emphasis on relationship banking. Perform customer relationship management responsibilities including detailed credit/project analysis, negotiation, documentation, loan committee presentations, loan servicing and interfacing with legal counsel. |
| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Bachelors |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or related field; MBA or graduate degree/banking a plus
Minimum five years experience in Commercial Lending
Excellent written/oral communication skill; timely preparation of concise reports
Ability to conduct interpretive analysis of financial statements and business plans and prepare appropriate memos for use in loan decision-making
Formal credit training preferred
Marketing, sales and negotiation skills required
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
