| Position Responsibilities: |
This individual will be responsible for generating new business in areas of Trust, Wealth Management, Brokerage and Pensions. The fit for this position is a strong rainmaker/networker/cold caller who can generate new business in areas of recurring fee income and tranactioin business. |
| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Bachelors |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
The absolute minimum experience that will be considered is someone who has generated new business as a Broker and/or Financvial Advisor, Trust New Business or Wealth Management new business (that is investment driven, not credit driven). |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
Bachelors degree and Series 7, 6, 63 is prefered but not a knockout. The company needs someone that is not afraid to generate business independently and not relying on internal referrals. If the candidate is coming out of a Trust enviroment they will service what they sell. |
| Additional Comments: |
This position is salaried with two year end bonuses based on overall performance of the bank, not the employee. There is no internal infighting for the client as there is no addition sales commission for closing new business. The company want to ascertain that a potential client is put into whichever investment vehichles will behoove them most .With this salary and bonus structure there is no inter -departmental infighting for the same client. |
