| Position Responsibilities: |
Effectively calls on existing customer, prospects and referral sources. Determines the credit worthiness of loan requests via analysis of financial information and discussion with the Unit/Department Manager and Credit Officer. With the assistance of the Portfolio Manager and administrative support, obtains and reviews customer financial performance and recommends appropriate risk ratings. Acts as mentor to others and provides guidance in the absence of the Unit/Department Manager. |
| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Bachelors |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Commercial credit training. Knowledge of the lending function and applicable lending laws and regulations. Ability to underwrite loans. Excellent interpersonal skills. Proven ability to work effectively with commercial customers. Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong negotiation skills. Demonstrated business development skills.

| Preferred Qualifications: |
Eight (8) to ten (10) years progressively responsible experience in commercial lending, one (1) year of which must include credit training with emphasis on analysis. Demonstrated credit and financial analysis skills.
