| Position Responsibilities: |
The Senior Manager, Internal Audit is responsible for the managing and review of financial and operational audits as well as the review, recommendations and analysis to management. In addition, the Senior Manager, Internal Audit will manage and review the audit risk assessment and will aide in the development of the audit plan and will help ensure the execution of the approved audit plan.
The duties of the Senior Manager, Internal Audit include:
*Monitor and manage audit teams.
*Aide in the development and reporting of the yearly audit plan.
*Help perform the audit risk assessment.
*Establish and maintain relationships with division management including before and after each audit engagement to discuss the audit plan and results.
*Follow up with division management to implement recommendations and evaluate results.
*Monitor and perform special projects and business process reviews. |
| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Bachelors, CPA or CIA preferred |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
*10 years of internal or external audit experience: exposure to or experience within a manufacturing environment a plus.
*Excellent communication, teamwork and technical skills. |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
*CPA or CIA preferred.
Solid computer skills: experience with ERP systems and audit software a plus. |
