Job 7933: Community Bank Commercial Lender & Relationship Manager

Location: TX-San Antonio  
Southwest (AZ, AR, NM, OK & TX)
Salary Range: 82,000-118,000
Bonus & Incentives:
Position Responsibilities: Prospect and maintain commercial relationships by offering a full range of credit and ancillary services to new and current clients. Market bank products such as private banking/investments, merchant services, and treasury/cash management solutions. Complete credit analysis and presents package to senior management.
Education and Certifications/Licenses: Bachelors, None Needed
Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: Consistently produce a minimum of $15,000,000 in general commercial and owner occupied real estate loans per year. Must be a graduate of a bank sponsored training program or have equivalent credit experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Extensive BDO experience in a traditional bank. Over 50 % of daily tasks include some sort of business development responsibility.
