| Position Responsibilities: |
Lender will develop, service, and expand commercial loan relationships in market to existing and new clients. Performs credit analysis and maintains all client relationships. Typical loans $500k to $15 million range. |
| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Bachelors |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Consistently produce a minimum of $10 to $20 million in real estate loans per year in a community bank environment. Must be a graduate of a bank sponsored training program, have equivalent credit experience or successfully completed RMA or Omega business credit class.
