| Position Responsibilities: |
Responsible for developing, servicing, and expanding business relationships in market by offering a full range of commercial loan and ancillary services to existing and new clients. Markets non-credit services such as Wealth Management and other ancillary services. Promotes the Bank in a positive and profitable manner through community involvement activities. Plans and carries out special promotional projects. Works closely with the SVP Senior Lender and performs in-depth credit analyses of current and potential customers, guarantors and other conditions involved in a loan transaction by evaluating their business experience and integrity, obtaining credit references from banking, financial and trade sources, studying character reports and past payment records, spreading and analyzing financial statements, analyzing future projections and evaluating repayment capabilities in the light of the credit worthiness, loan structure and general economic conditions. Manages problem past due credits through collection. |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Consistently produce a minimum of $12,000,000 in commercial and owner occupied real estate loans per year. Must be a graduate of a bank sponsored training program or have equivalent credit experience. |
