| Position Responsibilities: |
Manages an individual loan portfolio and related deposit accounts including financial statement analysis and the preparation of loan requests when and where appropriate.
Makes credit decisions regarding current and prospective loan customers which are consistent with the Bank’s standards and policies. Takes appropriate action where there are credit problems.
Meets with loan customers and their attorneys to refine complex loan documentation and agreements.
Makes business development Community Reinvestment Act calls on a regular basis to customers and prospects.
Sells the Bank’s services during such calls. Primarily seeks new business leads through existing customers and referrals.
Adheres to the Bank’s loan policy. Complies with policies and procedures as established by various governmental agencies in instances of guaranteed loans, Fair Lending, etc. Complies with Bank participation agreements.
Follows Bank rules and procedures applicable to each of regular or assigned tasks.

| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Bachelors |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
College graduate or the equivalent training and experience plus appropriate and specific education and training in banking subjects.
Five to seven years of banking experience with emphasis on commercial lending. Proven record of accuracy in approach to work output.
Possess a high degree of human relations skills. Effective communicator both oral and written. Ability to work effectively with the business community, clients, and other staff members in person or telephone.
Principles of salesmanship. Be able to analyze financial documents and all types of data. High ability to accurately work with numbers and perform mathematical calculations. Computer literate.
