| Bonus & Incentives: |
Quarterly bonus dependent upon production, paid on production over threshold in addition to annual bonus, can be up to 20%-25% of bonus DOE |
| Position Responsibilities: |
Solicits, develops, generates and manages full service relationships with high income/high net worth Private Client Group clients. Helps expand client base with emphasis on portfolio growth and profitability. Responsible for acceptable risk and credit analysis, structuring credits, making credit pricing and approval recommendations, and minimizing loss exposure. Provides advice, counsel and high level customer service to meet the financial needs of clients. Supports standards for managing net portfolio in a manner that ensures compliance with banking regulations, policies and procedures, credit quality and credit policy requirements. |
| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Bachelors |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Eight to ten years of experience in private banking industry
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Excellent relationship management, lending, and new business development/sales skills
- Considerable knowledge of private banking products and services, including credit processes, trust and estates, investments, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to make critical decisions independently
