| Position Responsibilities: |

Focused solely on financing for development, re-development, and value-added situations, they serve multi-family rentals, condominiums, single family, office, retail and industrial, as well as some specialty real estate.
With a turn around time of 30 days or less, this fast-paced, high energy organization is looking to add a Business Development Officer/Relationship Manager to the team in Long Island. With the help of 4 existing underwriters, and 2 current lenders, this role will be responsible for business development and the origination of new loans. Keys to the position include 5+ years of construction lending, focused primarily on loans ranging from $2-8MM, formal credit training, and strong business development skills. (Competitive/Aggressive compensation with an Assistant Vice President title)
