| Position Responsibilities: |
Under the general direction of the Manager –
• Tax Reporting & Systems, is responsible for coordinating the preparation of the consolidated federal and state income tax accrual for company and the stand-alone federal and state income tax accruals for all subsidiary companies.
• Coordinates the preparation of all tax-related information with both explanation and variance analysis for reporting in external and internal documents, including Company budgets and forecasts.

| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Bachelors, CPA preferred but not required. |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Requires accounting degree with experience in corporate taxation of income taxes.
Requires detailed knowledge and experience in the area of federal and state tax law. Requires a solid working knowledge of the following personal computer applications: Excel, Microsoft Word, experience with Tax Software Fixed Asset Management Module, requires a familiarity with data processing systems and procedures. |
