| Position Responsibilities: |
Responsible for all accounting and finance for this award winning construction managment company in San Diego County. Manage an assistant controller and 2 clerical staff. Oversee the preparation of monthly financial statements, GL accounting, payroll, AP & AR. Cash management, bank relations, tax planning, coordination of annual audit. Also involved with contract administration, risk management, insurance and management of capital expenditures, and management of IT and HR. |
| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Bachelors, CPA strongly preferred |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Must have experience in financial and accounting management with a general contractor dealing with public works clients |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
Must have dealt with percentage of completion accounting and certified payrolls, change orders, job costs. |
