| Position Responsibilities: |
• Responsible for moderately complex projects associated with tax planning and/or tax audit support.
• Researches and resolves complex tax issues and insures that federal planning is incorporated into the tax return.
• Provide functional guidance to other tax accountants.

| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Bachelors |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Complete understanding of federal corporation income tax law with advanced research skills.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills are required.
|
| Preferred Qualifications: |
• CPA or Masters degree preferred.
• Some public accounting or large corporation experience preferred
• Experience in financial services industry a plus.
