| Position Responsibilities: |
Institutional brokerage company and application service provider offering complete trading solutions to investment managers, broker/dealers, hedge funds, and other institutional investors seeks an Accounting Manager. Clients have assets ranging from $100 million to more than $600 billion under management. They provide direct electronic access to a wide and growing number of markets including domestic and international equities, options, and futures. The firm offering can reduce costs for the buy side across the complete trading lifecycle. Quickly growing organization just finished with first round of financing.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Financial Reporting, management reporting and focus reporting.
-Preparation of financial statements & footnotes.
-Implementation of new accounting systems.

Bachelors, CPA desirable |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Candidate qualifications include:
-4-9 years of progressive experience in finance, public accounting preferred
-Bachelors degree in finance/economics/accounting, accounting preferred
-Expertise in QuickBooks and Coda highly desireable
