| Position Responsibilities: |
Responsible for developing, managing, and expanding commercial client relationships by offering a full range of credit and ancillary services to existing and new clients. Aggressively market non-credit services such as Private Banking, Insurance, and Treasury Management Services. Perform credit analysis and presents package to credit officer. |
| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Bachelors, None needed |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Consistently produce a minimum of $15 mm - $30mm in commercial and owner occupied real estate loans per year. Must be a graduate of a bank sponsored training program or have equivalent credit experience. |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
Extensive cash flow lending experience in a traditional bank that has a mature sales culture. Over 65% of daily tasks included some sort of business development responsibility. Must be very comfortable developing ancillary fee producing business from new and existing clients and being the point of contact for said clients and the respective internal bank line of business contact. |
