| Position Responsibilities: |
This person will report to the Head of Cards Strategy. Team members develop and drive the strategic agenda for the company and provide strategic insights on growing and improving the business. One of the fifty most profitable businesses in the US
Job Responsibilities:
• Develop growth strategies
• Manage strategic initiatives across business units
• Conduct market assessments for new businesses, segments, and geographies
• Work with senior leadership to set a long term strategy
• Evaluate high priority investment areas and acquisitions
• Provide insights into how firm can react to payment and credit industry trends

| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Bachelors |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Qualifications:
• 5-7 years post-MBA with top tier consulting firm or strategic planning in a Fortune 500 company (salary commensurate with experience)
• Must be a problem solver and have the ability to execute against both big picture and tactical initiatives
• Ability to develop strategic frameworks to prove or disprove hypotheses
• Excellent interpersonal and oral/written communication skills especially when interacting with senior management and senior cross-functional teams
• High energy level, creative, very positive and enthusiastic, out-of-the-box and forward-thinking, self-motivation, and demonstrated initiative are required
