| Position Responsibilities: |
VISION: Report to CFO within a Strategic Business Unit (SBU) that is acquiring businesses to expand product offerings. OPPORTUNITY: Communicate and touch all areas of the business including product development, manufacturing, supply chain, sales, marketing, and international. Overview of role is:
• Maintaining and analyzing SG&A for Business unit
• Ability to analyze critical areas concerning business operations and relationship to impact on financial statements.
• Respond to queries from plants on accounting issues (i.e. cost center spends, budget and long range planning).
• Support efforts to provide financial data and explanations in areas such as monthly reporting, management, trend analysis, and special projects.
• Integrate new product groups in company
• Support target setting process for business unit functions and corporation considering internal and external market/business drivers of performance and (e.g., price environment
• Assist in development of annual budget.
• Assist with business forecasts of income statement, balance sheet, capital expenditures and cash flow.
• Analyze monthly sales and margin performance and compare against budget, forecast and prior year.
• Prepare business metrics summary on monthly & quarterly performance.

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
BS, Accounting/ Finance. Seek 1+ years financial or business analysis experience within a manufacturing or distribution setting. Ideal candidate has been teamed with operations or sales and has led projects. Client is looking for a “resource” who wants to make a contribution, learn, and be promoted. Strong Excel. |
