| Position Responsibilities: |
The position is responsible for soliciting and servicing a variety of real estate commercial loans including investments, development, construction loans, etc. This position will also provide support and share information and suggestions to ensure the overall quality of the business lending portfolio.. Loan sizes from $2-10MM in size |
| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Bachelors |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
At least five years of commercial real estate lending experience.
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in the field of business, including specific courses in accounting, finance, and economics plus additional bank related training.
Willingness to attend additional bank seminars/schools to continue to be abreast of changes in the industry.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form.
Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with members or co-workers.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills with ability to handle multiple projects meet demanding deadlines and adjust to sudden changes in workflow.
Ability to utilize a personal computer with word processing or spreadsheet software.

Our client, a National Business Capital Group, a participation based lender, has immediate opportunity for a Local/ Regional Professional Commercial Lender. This opprtunity with not only handle local loans and relationships, but will have oversight of a small group of Regional Commercial Lenders.
You must have strong Credit Skills, Commercial Lending (line) experience as well as the ability to lead others.
Strong compensation package , including and excellent base salary, uncapped incentive piece, full bank benefits and an override on team production. Formal Credit skills are a must |
