Location: WI-Milwaukee  
Upper Midwest (MI, MN, ND, SD & WI)
Salary Range: 125,000 - 150,000

Position Responsibilities: Position Description Looking for a Senior CRM Product Management professional with a successful track record, to be part of the “game changing initiative“ in the Banking Solutions CRM product management team. The Senior CRM Product Manager will be responsible for managing all products within the Sales Management product line and will have successfully demonstrated their ability to conceive, evaluate and determine new product features. Additionally they will have managed a product or product line from concept to final release, maintained product focus and vision; designed and coordinated the overall product launch from concept, development, marketing, finance and production. The Senior CRM Product Manager collaborates and utilizes their influencing skills in cross-functional teams to keep the creative, technical, and business people focused; recognized as the principal resource for product information. Responsibilities: • Responsibility for the growth and success of the CRM Sales Management products. • Pioneer and execute Sales Management product strategy objectives with team members including product direction and design from concept to delivery. • Drive, Develop and oversee competitive analysis. • Champion customer advocacy and guide product direction based on customer needs and competitive positioning. • Partner with sales teams in identifying customers/pipeline and assisting with deal closure for targeted accounts. • Collaborate with marketing team to coordinate various aspects including product announcements, press releases, promotional fulfillment, briefings, tradeshows, and sales/channel training. • Sponsor, develop and oversee creation of various collateral pieces including white papers and presentations (customer and technical). • Defining strategies and driving campaigns for increasing sales and position in the market. • Participate in release planning process to determine contents of each release. • Participate in customer-facing events and user conferences as a product expert. Position Requirements MBA degree desired BS or BBA in technical discipline (MIS, Computer Science or equivalent experience) 5+ years experience developing, marketing, managing, or consulting with leading CRM software applications or services Retail or Commercial Banking industry experience with CRM is preferred Adept at finding innovative solutions to market needs Excellent team leader and builder Excellent written and oral communication skills Excellent organizational and analytical skills Must be a self starter that is comfortable working in a faced paced software organization
Education and Certifications/Licenses: Masters
Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: MBA degree desired BS or BBA in technical discipline (MIS, Computer Science or equivalent experience) 5+ years experience developing, marketing, managing, or consulting with leading CRM software applications or services
